Skilling For Youth in Rural India
Skilling for Youth intervention prepares young people for the jobs of today by building employability and entrepreneurship skills. The initiative focuses on strengthening 21st-century skills including communication, collaboration, critical thinking and a growth mindset.
Through fellowships and teacher-led classroom training, youth gain practical, job-ready skills that are relevant to real workplace and entrepreneurial contexts.

Youth Upskilling Program
Through Youth Upskilling, we train rural youth in English, digital literacy, job readiness, and entrepreneurship.
With these tools, young people step confidently into careers, bridging the rural–urban skill gap and strengthening local economies.

The IndiVillage Fellowship Program is a two-year journey where young changemakers across rural India gain hands-on experience, build leadership skills, and design interventions that ripple through their own communities.
